Hello! I’m Caroline.
I’m a life-long seeker of spiritual connection and understanding. For over 20 years, I’ve explored yoga & meditation practices, various spiritual traditions, and a multitude of healing modalities in search of integration and inner peace.
I started teaching yoga full time in 2007, and my journey since has branched out to include many other healing practices: besides teaching yoga, I’m also a Visionary Craniosacral Worker, massage therapist, qigong teacher, yoga teacher trainer and mentor, spiritual coach, and somatic trauma resolution practitioner. I’ve helped hundreds of people find pain relief, emotional healing, and energetic alignment.
Over the years, my yoga teaching has evolved into a non-dogmatic blend of movement and energetic practices intended to unify the layers of our human experience: the material/physical body, the mind/psyche/emotional body, and the spiritual essence of who we are at our core. I promote a spiritually embodied experience of yoga, and aim to educate and empower students, clients, and trainees to be their own healers.
I look forward to working with you!
