Hello! I’m Caroline.
I’m a life-long seeker of spiritual connection and understanding. For 25 years, I’ve explored yoga & meditation practices, various spiritual traditions, and a multitude of healing modalities in search of integration and inner peace.
I started teaching yoga full time in 2007, and my journey since has branched out to include many other healing practices. I spent a decade doing hands-on bodywork as a Visionary Craniosacral Worker and massage therapist, and I incorporate these practices in my yoga teaching. Studying acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and somatic trauma healing practices evolved my approach to yoga, human energy systems, and how we address embodied emotions. Besides yoga, I currently teach various forms of qigong, train and mentor yoga teachers, coach people in their lives and spiritual journeys, and help them manage stress and heal from trauma through Somatic Trauma Resolution.
Over the years, my yoga teaching has evolved into a non-dogmatic blend of movement and energetic practices intended to unify the layers of our human experience: the material/physical body, the mind/psyche/emotional body, and the spiritual essence of who we are at our core. I promote a spiritually embodied experience of yoga, and aim to educate and empower students, clients, and trainees to be their own healers.
I look forward to working with you!

My deep intention in offering classes, educational programs, and teacher trainings is to share everything I’ve learned and gained from decades of study and practice - to pay it forward by helping others heal.
“There are as many ways to practice yoga as there are people. My job as a teacher is to help students discover their own path.”

“There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.”
